Welcome to the fitness and nutrition portion of our page. The basic exercises that will be made available through downloadable video clips will help give you a good foundation for strength, that will allow you to move on to more difficult to accomplish exercises. Please, if you find something difficult, do not get frustrated. If you find even the most basic exercises shown to be difficult, or impossible, contact us, and we'll find a way for you to attain your desired results.

Introduction

The videos are being remade. Below are the videos Shawn Zemba made with his webcam at the beggining of the knighthood's on-line activities. Our recomendations about nutrition are available to members. They are free-will suggestions.
